🐾 Cattery Policies & Buyer Guidelines

Health Guarantee

All kittens are examined by a licensed veterinarian and leave us in excellent health. They are up to date on age-appropriate vaccinations and deworming. We guarantee that each kitten is free from life-threatening congenital conditions and contagious illness at the time of placement.

Go-Home Age

Each kitten is individually evaluated for readiness. Most kittens go home between 12–16 weeks of age to ensure proper health and socialization.

Spay/Neuter Requirement

All kittens are sold unaltered. We use a third-party compliance company, SpaySecure, to ensure kittens are spayed or neutered within the designated timeframe. Buyers must sign the SpaySecure agreement and provide proof once the procedure is completed.

Breeding rights are not included with pet kittens. We do not sell kittens with breeding rights. Exceptions may be considered on a very limited, case-by-case basis at our sole discretion.

Waitlist & Selection Process

We offer a paid priority waitlist, giving families first choice based on deposit order.

• Spots on the priority waitlist are limited and depend on the number of litters planned. We intentionally limit the number of families on the waitlist to ensure we can properly accommodate each placement. The waitlist may close at any time once capacity is reached.
• The priority waitlist fee is $500. This secures your position in line but does not reserve a specific kitten.
• We also maintain a free notification list; families on this list may select a kitten after the priority list has chosen.

Deposits

Deposits to reserve a specific kitten are $1,000 and are final and non-refundable.

The $500 waitlist fee is applied toward the total $1,000 reservation deposit. The full $1,000 deposit counts toward the final purchase price of the kitten.

Refund Policy

Refunds of payments may be considered on a case-by-case basis and are not guaranteed in full. Decisions are made at our sole discretion, including consideration of any expenses incurred.

Pricing

Prices are non-negotiable and may vary between kittens based on quality.

Payment Policy

We accept Zelle, Cash App, and Venmo.

• Full payment is due 5 days before pickup or delivery.
• If paying by check, payment must be received 3 weeks prior to pickup for clearance.
• No cash payments are accepted.

No kitten will be released without confirmed full payment.

Pickup & Delivery

We are located in Roseville, CA. Kittens may be picked up in person or delivered by a trusted member of our family. Additional delivery fees may apply.

Buyer Responsibilities

Once a kitten leaves our care, full responsibility transfers to the buyer. A veterinary visit within 48 hours of pickup is required. Ongoing vet care, proper nutrition, and a safe indoor-only home are expected. Failure to meet these standards voids health guarantees.

Indoor-Only Policy

Ragdolls must be kept as indoor-only pets. Unsupervised outdoor access voids the health guarantee.

Social Media & Communication

We love updates and tagged photos from our kitten families. If concerns arise, we expect respectful, direct communication so we can resolve issues together. False or defamatory public statements violate the purchase agreement.

If this policy is violated, we reserve the right to:

• Discontinue support
• Decline future placements
• Pursue legal remedies if necessary
• Reclaim the kitten or cat without refund if the home no longer meets our standards

Our priority is always the well-being of our cats and the integrity of our program.

Refusal of Sale

We reserve the right to decline or cancel a placement if we believe a home is not the right fit. In such cases, any deposit will be refunded.
